O governador Jerônimo Rodrigues reuniu 363 prefeitos em Salvador nesta quarta-feira (19), no quarto dia da campanha eleitoral, em um ato que evidencia a dimensão de sua base política no interior da Bahia.
O número representa quase 90% dos 417 municípios baianos e dá ao governador uma ampla demonstração de força política logo no início da corrida eleitoral. O encontro ocorre pouco mais de 40 dias antes do primeiro turno, marcado para 4 de outubro.
A força da articulação municipal é um dos principais trunfos da campanha de Jerônimo. Levantamentos anteriores já apontavam uma base superior a 350 prefeitos aliados ao governador.
