“Eu acho que é praticidade ter um único documento universal. A gente pode sair de casa só com ele, já é o suficiente. E de graça, a melhor parte”. É desta forma que a esteticista Márcia Lopes comemora a retirada da nova Carteira de Identidade Nacional (CIN). É que com o lançamento, nesta terça-feira (9), do novo sistema de identificação, a Bahia está apta para emitir a CIN.
O ato aconteceu no posto SAC do Terminal de Pituaçu, em Salvador, e contou com a presença do governador Jerônimo Rodrigues. “O papel fundamental dessa documentação é a cidadania. As pessoas terem seu documento, se sentirem cidadã ou cidadão baiano, brasileiro. Ver esse documento no bolso, na carteira, por exemplo, me dá muito orgulho. Ali eu sou gente, o Estado me reconhece, ali o Estado me viu”, considerou o governador.
A primeira via do documento é gratuita para todos os cidadãos. A solicitação deve ser feita no portal ou aplicativo ba.gov.br. Já a emissão será realizada, inicialmente, nos postos SAC Pituaçu e Salvador Shopping. A previsão é que as demais unidades da rede, distribuídas em Salvador e no interior do estado, passem a emitir a CIN em breve.
Foram investidos mais de R$ R$ 8,6 milhões na contratação do novo sistema. O contrato, com vigência de cinco anos, prevê a prestação de serviços e inclui implantação, configuração, migração de sistema e treinamento de pessoal.
Com o novo documento, o Cadastro de Pessoa Física (CPF) passa a ser o único número de identificação, unificando o registro em todo o Brasil. O objetivo é eliminar a duplicidade e reduzir as possibilidades de fraudes. O Departamento de Polícia Técnica (DPT), por meio do Instituto de Identificação Pedro Mello (IIPM), é o responsável pela emissão da nova identidade na Bahia. De acordo com a diretora-geral do DPT, Ana Cecília Bandeira, vai facilitar a adesão a programas e serviços públicos. “Ele nos permite o exercício da cidadania, o acesso a diversos serviços e a população em situação de vulnerabilidade, ele é fundamental para acesso às políticas públicas”, disse.
Para a emissão da nova identidade é exigida apenas a certidão de nascimento ou casamento. Outro elemento de segurança será o QR Code para verificação da autenticidade e se foi extraviado ou roubado, conferindo maior proteção aos dados, como explica o secretário da Segurança Pública, Marcelo Werner. “Ela traz a incorporação dos sistemas estaduais com o sistema federal. Considerando que a nova identidade única tem o CPF como seu registro, então, isso vai alimentar todo o sistema do gov.br, além do bahia.gov.br. Enfim, são vários avanços a partir dessa identidade”.
Na sua versão digital, acessada pelo GOV.BR, será possível a inclusão de outros números de documentos como CNH, Carteira de Trabalho, Título de Eleitor, certificado militar, também condições de saúde a exemplo do Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA), deficiências auditiva, visual, física e intelectual, a partir da apresentação de relatório médico e informações adicionais como tipo sanguíneo, fator RH e opção por ser doador de órgão. Será possível, ainda, incluir o nome social a pedido do próprio cidadão, caso haja mudança de nome na certidão de nascimento, valendo apenas este novo registro.
O RG será substituído gradativamente e perde a validade apenas em 2032, quando a nova Carteira de Identidade se torna o único documento válido nacionalmente, de acordo com a Lei 14.534, de 11 de janeiro de 2023. “Não há necessidade de o cidadão vir com certa pressa para fazer o documento, até porque o que ele tiver em casa, ele é um documento atual, ele pode utilizar esse documento”, afirmou a diretora do operações da rede SAC, Nilza Rios.
A CIN terá validade de acordo com a faixa etária do cidadão: de 0 a 12 anos, expira em cinco anos; 12 a 60 anos incompletos, vale por 10 anos; acima de 60 anos, validade indeterminada.
Padrões internacionais
A nova identidade segue padrões internacionais e possui o código MRZ – o mesmo do passaporte, que permite a entrada em países do Mercosul com maior facilidade. Para os demais países, ainda é necessário a apresentação do passaporte.
