Jovens são filhos de diplomatas e faziam turismo na cidade
As polícias Civil e Militar estão investigando se houve excessos na abordagem feita por policiais militares a três adolescentes negros na porta de um prédio, em Ipanema, zona sul da cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Rhaiana Rondon, mãe do menino branco que estava junto com os três, acusa os policiais de terem feito uma “abordagem desproporcional”, racial e criminosa”.
Texto escrito por Rhaiana foi divulgado pelo cunhado dela, o jornalista Guga Noblat, que é tio do menino branco, em suas redes sociais. Segundo o relato de Rhaiana, os três adolescentes negros, amigos de seu filho, são filhos de diplomatas do Canadá, Gabão e Burkina Faso.
Um vídeo mostra os policiais chegando com armas em punho e colocando os adolescentes contra a parede. De acordo com Rhaiana, os quatro foram deixar um amigo na porta de casa, na Rua Prudente de Moraes, quando foram abruptamente abordados por PMs “armados com fuzis e pistolas” que “sem perguntar nada, encostaram os meninos (menores de idade) no muro do condomínio”.
No relato de Rhaiana, publicado por Noblat, os adolescentes negros são estrangeiros e não entenderam o que os policiais disseram, por isso não conseguiram responder às perguntas. Depois que o filho dela explicou que eles eram de Brasília e estavam a turismo, os policiais perceberam o erro, segundo ela, e liberaram os meninos, alertando para que eles não andassem na rua novamente, para evitar novas abordagens.
A assessoria de imprensa da Polícia Militar afirmou que os policiais envolvidos na ação portavam câmeras corporais e que as imagens serão analisadas para constatar se houve algum excesso por parte dos agentes.
“Em todos os cursos de formação, a Secretaria de Estado de Polícia Militar insere nas grades curriculares como prioridade absoluta disciplinas como Direitos Humanos, Ética, Direito Constitucional e Leis Especiais para as praças e oficiais que integram o efetivo da Corporação”, diz nota divulgada pela PM.
A Polícia Civil informou que depois da veiculação de notícias sobre o ocorrido, a Delegacia Especial de Apoio ao Turismo (Deat) iniciou uma investigação. Agentes buscarão ouvir os adolescentes abordados.

I have learned newer and more effective things by your weblog. One other thing I would like to say is newer computer system os’s usually allow more memory to be used, but they as well demand more memory space simply to perform. If your computer cannot handle much more memory along with the newest software package requires that ram increase, it might be the time to shop for a new Laptop. Thanks
