e quem recebeu valores inferiores a R$ 1,8 mil, tem renda familiar&nbsp;<em>per capita<\/em>&nbsp;de at\u00e9 dois sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos ou&nbsp;renda mensal familiar de at\u00e9 tr\u00eas sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA devolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores se d\u00e1 nos casos em que foram identificadas inconsist\u00eancias como: v\u00ednculo de emprego formal; recebimento de benef\u00edcio previdenci\u00e1rio; renda familiar superior ao limite legal; ou outras situa\u00e7\u00f5es que configuram pagamento indevido\u201d, destacou o minist\u00e9rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainda de acordo com a pasta, as notifica\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o enviadas, desde mar\u00e7o, via SMS, pelo WhatsApp, por&nbsp;<em>e-mail<\/em>&nbsp;e pelo aplicativo Notifica, \u201ccom foco nas pessoas com maior capacidade de pagamento e valores mais altos a devolver, conforme crit\u00e9rios do artigo 7\u00ba do Decreto n\u00ba 10.990\/2022\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O&nbsp;<strong>n\u00e3o pagamento dentro do prazo<\/strong>, segundo o comunicado, pode resultar em&nbsp;<strong>inscri\u00e7\u00e3o na D\u00edvida Ativa da Uni\u00e3o e no Cadastro Informativo de Cr\u00e9ditos n\u00e3o Quitados (Cadin), al\u00e9m da negativa\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00f3rg\u00e3os de prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao cr\u00e9dito<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ressarcimento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O ressarcimento deve ser feito diretamente pelo Vejae (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gov.br\/mds\/pt-br\/servicos\/auxilio-emergencial\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sistema desenvolvido pelo pr\u00f3prio minist\u00e9rio<\/a>&nbsp;que permite \u00e0queles que receberam o benef\u00edcio consultar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o do aux\u00edlio emergencial), via PagTesouro, com op\u00e7\u00f5es de pagamento por Pix, cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito ou boleto\/GRU simples (Banco do Brasil).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prazo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O prazo para regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de at\u00e9 60 dias<\/strong>, contados da notifica\u00e7\u00e3o no sistema, com possibilidade de&nbsp;<strong>quita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 vista ou parcelamento em at\u00e9 60 vezes<\/strong>, com parcela m\u00ednima de R$ 50 e&nbsp;<strong>sem cobran\u00e7a de juros ou multa<\/strong>, detalhou a nota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recursos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o comunicado, o sistema assegura o contradit\u00f3rio e a ampla defesa, permitindo a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos por cidad\u00e3os que n\u00e3o concordarem com a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No topo do<em>&nbsp;ranking<\/em>&nbsp;das unidades federativas com maior n\u00famero de pessoas a restituir valores recebidos indevidamente est\u00e3o S\u00e3o Paulo (55,2 mil), Minas Gerais (21,1 mil), Rio de Janeiro (13,26 mil) e Paran\u00e1 (13,25 mil).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alerta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O minist\u00e9rio alertou que n\u00e3o envia&nbsp;<em>links<\/em>&nbsp;nem boletos de cobran\u00e7a via&nbsp;<em>e-mail<\/em>, SMS ou WhatsApp. \u201cA consulta deve ser feita exclusivamente pelo&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/mds\/pt-br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>site<\/em>&nbsp;oficial do MDS.<\/a>&nbsp;No portal,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gov.br\/mds\/pt-br\/servicos\/auxilio-emergencial\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis o Guia do Vejae, a FAQ [perguntas mais frequentes] e outras orienta\u00e7\u00f5es&nbsp;<\/a>para auxiliar o cidad\u00e3o na regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o e esclarecimento de d\u00favidas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em caso de d\u00favidas, a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que o cidad\u00e3o procure a ouvidoria do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, pelo Disque Social 121, ou busque informa\u00e7\u00f5es em canais oficiais, como o portal e as redes sociais da pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Fonte:Ag\u00eancia Brasil<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Montante a ser devolvido totaliza R$ 478,8 milh\u00f5es Cerca de 177 mil fam\u00edlias que receberam indevidamente o aux\u00edlio emergencial, pago durante a pandemia de covid-19,&nbsp;foram notificadas&nbsp;pelo Minist\u00e9rio do Desenvolvimento e Assist\u00eancia Social, Fam\u00edlia e Combate \u00e0 Fome (MDS)&nbsp;para devolverem um montante que totaliza R$ 478,8 milh\u00f5es.
