Em nota, o PT avaliou que manter a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto \u00e9 \u201cinoportuno\u201d e \u201cinconveniente\u201d para a democracia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIsso ficou demonstrado cabalmente pelo recente atentado a bomba contra a sede do STF [Supremo Tribunal Federal] em Bras\u00edlia e pelas conclus\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Federal no inqu\u00e9rito do 8 de janeiro, revelando os planos de assassinato do presidente Lula, do vice Geraldo Alckmin e do ministro Alexandre Moraes\u201d, destacou o comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAl\u00e9m de demonstrar a grav\u00edssima trama criminosa dos chefes do golpe, que poderiam vir a se beneficiar da anistia proposta, a perspectiva de perd\u00e3o ou impunidade dos envolvidos tem servido de est\u00edmulo a indiv\u00edduos ou grupos extremistas de extrema direita, afirmam os deputados.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00a0Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) deflagrou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (19) opera\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0para desarticular organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa respons\u00e1vel por planejar um golpe de Estado para impedir a posse do presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva ap\u00f3s o pleito de 2022. O plano inclu\u00eda o assassinato de Lula e do vice-presidente Geraldo Alckmin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A corpora\u00e7\u00e3o informou ter identificado a exist\u00eancia de \u201cum detalhado planejamento operacional\u201d, denominado Punhal Verde e Amarelo, que seria executado no dia 15 de dezembro de 2022. \u201cAinda estavam nos planos a pris\u00e3o e a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de um ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), que vinha sendo monitorado continuamente, caso o golpe de Estado fosse consumado\u201d, destacou a PF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quatro militares do Ex\u00e9rcito e um agente da PF foram presos na opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, relator do caso no STF, autorizou a pris\u00e3o preventiva do general da reserva M\u00e1rio Fernandes e dos tenentes-coron\u00e9is H\u00e9lio Ferreira Lima, Rafael Martins de Oliveira e Rodrigo Bezerra Azevedo.
